Sponsoring of community gardens<\/h2>\n

In recent years, the Vienna City Gardens sponsored one community garden in each district through a one-off payment. In order to receive this grant, the following requirements had to be met: <\/span><\/p>\n

1. the community garden must be organized as an association, <\/span><\/p>\n

2. the approval of the district administration must be obtained and <\/span><\/p>\n

3. a valid contract must be concluded with the landowner. <\/span><\/p>\n

With proof of these requirements, the funding applicant could apply for funding as a community garden association. If this was approved, the association had 1 year to build its garden and, after submitting the original documents, the costs were reimbursed up to a maximum of \u20ac3,600.<\/span><\/p>\n

Currently:<\/em> The funding has already been used in every district!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The staff of the Plant Protection Department advise on the following topics:<\/p>\n
